Our inquiry forms collect the details you choose to enter, including your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, group size and preferences. EVA requires a name and phone number before a conversation starts. Please do not enter payment-card details, passwords or identity documents into these forms or EVA.
How inquiries are handled
Details submitted through our forms are sent through Web3Forms to help Eastern India Travels receive and respond to your inquiry, prepare travel options and contact you about your requested trip. An inquiry is not a booking confirmation. Web3Forms processes submissions under its own privacy policy.
Website measurement and Google Ads
The website uses Google Ads tags for advertising and conversion measurement. These services may process technical information, browser identifiers and cookies. After an accepted inquiry, the current conversion setup can use the submitted phone number and email address, when supplied, for conversion matching. EVA conversations
EVA is a website-based package assistant. Your name and recent chat history are saved in this browser’s local storage after a successful registration, so you can continue across pages and return later without another inquiry. These remain until you use “Clear saved chat & name”, clear site data, or the browser removes them. The chat starts minimised on each page. The saved history is limited to recent messages and is not sent to our team. Your phone number is submitted with the initial inquiry and is not saved with the remembered name. Avoid sharing sensitive information in chat, especially on shared devices.
Other service providers and external links
Hosting, image, font and content-delivery services receive technical request information needed to display the website. Calling, emailing or following a WhatsApp or other external link uses that provider's services and privacy practices. If you proceed with a booking, ask our team what traveller details are required and which hotels, transport operators or other suppliers need them.
